Construction projects
Pelles AI is joining 500+ MEP contractors at Stratus Innovate 2026. Come see AI that reads your drawings, specs, and contracts the way your best PM would — and flags what everyone else misses until it's a change order.
On the agenda
Build Something Only You Can — Transforming Your Knowledge Into AI Assets
Your crews already know things no software vendor does. This session walks through turning that hard-won knowledge — your standards, your checklists, the calls only your best PM makes — into AI assets that work on every job, instead of leaving with the person who knew them.

About the event
Stratus Innovate is GTP Software (Stratus)'s annual conference for MEP contractors — deliberately contractor-led rather than vendor-led. Sessions walk through actual projects and operational changes, and the training is hands-on: you follow along and build the thing. The 2026 edition runs August 18–20, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Seattle.
Real MEP workflows walked through by the contractors who built them.
Workshop-style training where you configure dashboards and package workflows in real time.
Beginner, intermediate, and advanced paths so every skill level goes deeper.
Small-group conversations with peers running the same trade as you.
Keynotes and panels led by practitioners rather than vendors.
See live fabrication workflows on the floor of a working shop.
FAQ
Stratus Innovate is an annual conference hosted by GTP Software (Stratus) for MEP contractors. The program is built around customer-led sessions on real workflows, hands-on workshop training, beginner-through-advanced deep-dive tracks, trade-specific roundtables, contractor-led keynotes, and a shop tour at Hermanson showing live fabrication workflows.
August 18–20, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, 808 Howell St, Seattle, WA 98101.
The conference is for MEP contractors only and is expected to draw more than 500 of them — mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors along with the VDC, BIM, fabrication, and operations leaders who run their workflows.
Stratus published three tiers for 2026: Early Bird at $995 (through 4/17), Regular at $1,245 (through 7/17), and Late at $1,995 (through 8/17). Register through stratus.build.
We will be on-site for all three days. Book a time slot in advance and we will confirm exactly where to find us, plus prepare a walkthrough against your own drawings and specs.
Yes. Dominick Johnson (Alterman) and Ido Glanz (Co-Founder & CTO, Pelles AI) are presenting "Build Something Only You Can — Transforming Your Knowledge Into AI Assets". The slot time is still being confirmed by Stratus — check the official agenda closer to the event.
Pelles builds AI tools for trade contractors: DoubleCheck pulls hidden requirements out of drawings, specs, and contracts; Compare auto-matches revisions across drawing sets and highlights every change; and Workflows automates reviews, quote comparisons, and submittals against your own standards.
