Trimble 0-60 Challenge Demo Day
The Trimble 0-60 Challenge is Trimble’s accelerator for early-stage companies in the built environment. Trimble picked 15 finalists from 128 applications worldwide, and each spent a 12-week sprint with Trimble engineers and mentors building a working integration with the Trimble tools AECO teams already use. Demo Day is where the finalists present that work live on the main stage at Dimensions. Pelles AI is a finalist in the Connected Data category.

Works with Trimble
Pelles on the Trimble tools you already run
Pelles connects to Trimble Connect, ProjectSight, and Accubid, so your projects, estimates, and records stay where they are and Pelles works on them in place. Each person signs in with their own Trimble account.
Trimble Connect
Start a project from Trimble Connect, or bring in its folders and files.
Trimble ProjectSight
Link a ProjectSight project: documents and drawings come in, and agents read the project and add records when you ask.
Trimble Accubid
Bring Accubid estimates, bid summaries and PCOs into a project, and let agents and apps check them line by line.
The Startup Zone
What fifteen minutes at the kiosk gets you
Enough to tell whether this works on your projects, which is the only question worth answering on an Expo floor. We'll run it on real work, not a canned deck.
- A live demo run against a real drawing and spec set — bring one of yours if you like.
- How Pelles works on what’s already in Trimble Connect, ProjectSight, and Accubid, with no export and no migration.
- Straight answers on rollout, security, and what this costs.
What we'll show you
AI knows a lot. You know your business. It runs on your own drawings, specs, and project history, and what you build into it stays yours. Four applications cover the everyday work:
DoubleCheck
Find answers instantly. Ask anything about a project and get the answer straight from your own drawings, specs, and files — with the source shown.
Compare
Spot changes instantly. Two drawing sets side by side, every difference found, aligned, and summarized. The overlay work that eats an afternoon, done before the coffee is cold.
Reports
Smarter deliverables, built your way. Proposals, pre-bid RFIs, BOMs, and change orders, produced from your project data in the templates you already use.
Agents
Your data. Your workflows. Your agent. AI agents that know your standards and project history work in the background, connected to Procore, Autodesk, Trimble, and the rest of your stack, and hand you the result to approve.
Then you make it yours
Past that it’s yours to shape: your team builds its own agents that hold your standards, and apps built around workflows it already runs. Start with what you already have, build what makes you better.
See what's inside Pelles Core →What it takes to run it
Your data stays yours, you decide what runs automatically and where a person signs off, and Pelles sits on top of the tools you already run — no migration, no IT project. SOC 2 Type II attested.
Read our security posture →Proof it works
Estimating and preconstruction give it the hardest test — thousands of pages of drawings and specs per bid, and every requirement the takeoff missed turning up later as a cost. Kidwell, a 75-year-old electrical and low voltage contractor, standardized preconstruction on Pelles and cut 70–80% of the time its team spent reviewing plans and specifications.

Our research
What contractors actually told us about AI
We surveyed trade contractors about how they really use AI: daily use and real enthusiasm, paired with a trust level that says nobody is letting it near a bid unchecked. Closing that gap is the product — every answer shows the document it came from, you decide where a person signs off, and it works inside the systems you already trust, Trimble’s included.

For 2026 Trimble picked 15 finalists from 128 applications; each spent a 12-week sprint with Trimble engineers and mentors building a working integration with Trimble’s tools, and presents it live at Demo Day during Dimensions. Does Pelles AI work with Trimble software?
Yes. Pelles connects to Trimble Connect, ProjectSight, and Accubid. Trimble Connect: Start a project from Trimble Connect, or bring in its folders and files. Trimble ProjectSight: Link a ProjectSight project: documents and drawings come in, and agents read the project and add records when you ask. Trimble Accubid: Bring Accubid estimates, bid summaries and PCOs into a project, and let agents and apps check them line by line. Each person signs in with their own Trimble account.
What does Pelles AI do for contractors?
Pelles is a Trade Operating System: AI that runs your projects the way your best people would — on your own drawings, specs, and contracts, not on general knowledge. Pelles Core covers the everyday work: DoubleCheck answers questions straight from your documents with the source shown, Compare matches revisions across drawing sets and summarizes every change, Reports produces proposals, pre-bid RFIs, BOMs, and change orders in the templates you already use, and Agents work in the background against your standards. From there your team builds its own apps and agents around the workflows it already runs. Across 7,000+ projects, Pelles has read 7.2M+ pages of drawings, specs and documents.
How is this different from using ChatGPT on a spec book?
General-purpose assistants have never seen one of your jobs — they don’t know your standards, your history, or your customers, and whatever your team teaches them in a chat doesn’t stick. Pelles runs on your own documents and project history, and what you build into it stays yours: your 500th job runs smarter than your first.
See it on your own drawings — in Las Vegas.
The Startup Zone gets busy around Demo Day. Book a slot ahead and we'll have a demo ready that runs on your project, not our sample set.
