Your company’s Pelles Agent has its own US phone number. Verify your phone in Pelles, save the number, and text a question from anywhere. Agents can text you too, once you opt in.

Do I need a Pelles account?

Yes. The app and texting both work with your Pelles account in your company, with the projects, documents, apps and agents you already have in Pelles.

Where do I get the app?

Ask us for access and we send your team the install link for iPhone, iPad (iOS 15 or later) or Android. Sign in with your Pelles account and your projects, agents and company apps are there.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes, with its own layout: a rail for chats, projects and apps, your threads beside the chat, and a project’s files beside the document you open.

Can I use my company’s apps on the phone?

Yes. Every app your team built on Pelles is under Apps, and the ones you used last are on the home screen under Recent apps. You build and change apps in Pelles on the web.

Do I need the app to text Pelles?

No. Texting works from any phone: verify your number in Pelles once, save your Pelles Agent’s number, and text it.

Which number do I text, and can I send photos?

Your Pelles Agent’s number is on its card in Pelles. It’s a US number, and it only answers phones verified in Pelles. Texts are text only for now; to attach a photo or a file, use the app or Pelles on the web.

Is it secure?

It’s the same Pelles: SOC 2 Type II attested and never trained on your content. The app and your texts show you only what you can already open in Pelles, and agents text you only after you opt in.
