We're hiring senior software engineers to own significant surface area of the platform — the lane depends on your strengths. Some of us spend most of our time on the ingestion and retrieval layer that powers every agent. Some live on the customer-facing product surface. Key Responsibilities

Own a meaningful piece of the platform end-to-end — design, build, ship, and operate
Partner closely with R&D to take research from notebook to production
Set quality, performance, and reliability bars for the work you ship
Hear from real customers within days of shipping
Help shape the engineering practice as the team grows

Requirements

5+ years of senior IC engineering experience
Strong systems instincts and a quality bar that survives moving fast
Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Comfort across the stack — language proficiency matters less than judgment

Bonus

AI/ML infrastructure or LLM-product engineering experience
Vector or graph database experience
Frontend craft (React/Next.js, design-system contribution)
Construction or AEC exposure
