Pelles transforms trade contractors' knowledge, documents, and workflows into AI-powered systems. We're hiring our first product manager to own the roadmap for one of the platform's core surfaces — and to bring the construction industry's voice into every design review.

Key Responsibilities

Own a product surface end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, design partnership, customer development
Spend real time with customers — estimators, project managers, supers — including site visits
Define what "good" looks like for AI workflows, working with R&D and engineering on evaluation
Ship at the cadence of a small team: weekly releases, monthly customer reviews
Help build the muscle of customer-driven roadmapping as we scale

Requirements

5+ years in product, with a strong track record on AI or technically-deep products
Real conviction about being grounded in users — not personas
Ability to write clearly and decide quickly
Curiosity about industries you don't yet understand

Bonus

Experience shaping a product practice from scratch
