Forward-Deployed Engineers sit alongside our customers — configuring the platform to their workflows, building the bespoke tooling that gets them to value quickly, and bringing real-world feedback back to product and R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with customers during onboarding and through go-live: workflows, integrations, evaluation
• Configure agents and integrations to fit each customer's actual process
• Build internal tooling that lets customer success scale
• Bring customer truths back to product and R&D — what works, what doesn't, what's missing
• Visit jobsites and customer offices regularly

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with senior-IC experience
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into technical implementation
• Comfort in front of senior buyers and on active job sites
• A real interest in customers — not just a polite tolerance

Bonus

• AEC, construction, or vertical-software exposure
• Solutions-engineering or forward-deployed background
• Experience shaping a customer-facing engineering practice from scratch
