At Pelles.ai, we're building an AI platform for trade contractors, where they can build, run and host their own agentic workflows. Customer Success plays a critical role in ensuring our customers adopt the product, see real value quickly, and grow with us over time.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with our US-based customers from day one.

This is an entry-level role with high ownership and a steep learning curve. You'll work closely with customers to guide onboarding, analyze usage data, to drive adoption and scalable growth. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success while working at the intersection of AI and a traditional industry undergoing transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with enterprise customers
  • Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and expansion opportunities
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively identify growth opportunities and risk signals
  • Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate internally to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, sales) to ensure customer success
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements - must

  • Native-level English
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly customer-centric mindset
  • Hungry to grow and take ownership
  • Not afraid to adopt and work in an AI-native environment
  • A white-glove approach to customer experience and service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with customers (service, sales, internships, or similar)
  • Exposure to SaaS products or startup environments
  • Experience using tools like CRM systems, analytics dashboards, or AI tools

Working Hours

  • Working hours are aligned with US time zones and will typically include evening hours in Israel
  • Option to start at 80% capacity with the ability to grow into a full-time role
