AI Engineers build the features customers actually touch: the LLM and computer-vision pipelines that read drawings, specs, and submittals, and the product surfaces that put those answers in front of an estimator or a project manager.

Key Responsibilities

Build ML applications with LLMs and computer vision, from a messy drawing set to an answer a customer can check
Design the web application features and AI workflows that ship them, end to end
Work with the co-founders on requirements, turning construction problems into software
Take models from prototype to production, and keep up with what the field ships next

Requirements

3+ years of software development, including hands-on ML work
Strong Python, and a working knowledge of web application design patterns
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Comfort with messy, document-heavy data

Bonus

ML deployment experience, with frameworks such as PyTorch
NLP or computer-vision depth
NoSQL, vector, or graph databases (MongoDB, Neo4j)
REST API design, and AWS or Azure
TypeScript/React frontend work
