At Pelles.ai, we're building an AI platform for trade contractors, where they can build, run and host their own agentic workflows. We're already working with dozens of contractors and supporting hundreds of users in the field. Now, we're doubling down on turning that early traction into a repeatable, scalable sales motion.

About the Role

We're looking for our first Account Executive to join us at an inflection point to help us turn our sales motion into a consistent, scalable sales engine.

This role is high ownership and high impact. You'll work directly with the founders to:

  • Convert existing traction into a repeatable pipeline
  • Refine and scale our sales motion
  • Close deals while continuously improving how we sell

It combines execution and strategy: you'll be closing deals while actively shaping the playbook, from messaging and positioning to process and pipeline generation. If you want to help build something from zero- this is it.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage pipeline across outbound, inbound, and founder-led opportunities
  • Run high-quality discovery to deeply understand customer workflows and pain points
  • Deliver tailored demos that clearly communicate value and ROI
  • Close deals and identify patterns that can be repeated and scaled
  • Continuously refine messaging, positioning, and sales approach based on real conversations
  • Partner closely with founders on key deals and GTM strategy
  • Capture insights from the field and feed them back into product and company decisions
  • Help structure and improve our sales processes, tools, and workflows
  • Build relationships in a traditional, trust-driven industry

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline independently
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role
  • Strong discovery and communication skills
  • Ability to balance execution with structured thinking and iteration
  • High ownership and accountability; you take responsibility for outcomes
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding customers and their workflows
  • Resilience and comfort with ambiguity

  • Experience in early-stage startups
  • Experience selling into construction, trades, or industrial sectors
  • Experience selling products that require education and trust-building
  • Experience using tools like CRM systems, analytics dashboards, or AI tools
