As an early team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company operates and scales. What You'll Do
- Work closely with the founding team to design, implement, and continuously improve internal processes
- Coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling, reporting, and vendor management
- Support teams by bridging operational needs
- Handle office management tasks and support travel logistics
- Take ownership of special projects that arise as we grow
- Be the go-to person for anything that needs to get done, from high-level projects to everyday essentials
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable wearing many hats and switching contexts quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and thriving in ambiguity
