We’re looking for passionate problem-solvers with a can-do attitude to join us as one of the first members of our founding team. As an early team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the company operates and scales. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to grow alongside the company and have a meaningful impact from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the founding team to design, implement, and continuously improve internal processes
• Coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling, reporting, and vendor management
• Support the teams by bridging operational needs
• Handle office management tasks and support travel logistics
• Take ownership of special projects that arise as we grow (and there will be plenty)
• Be the go-to person for anything that needs to get done. From high-level projects to everyday essentials

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable wearing many hats and switching contexts quickly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mindset- you’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive in ambiguity

• Experience in a startup environment or high-growth company
• Previous involvement with cross-functional teams
